Returns/Refund Policy:

For most personal services, we offer no refunds.

Why no refunds? Information can not be “returned” as it is received in full upon access!  Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds for digital information.  Some courses, like Soul Gift Business School, offer a free trial or a limited time for refunds.  The details are provided in the check-out process and program agreement.  We generally don’t offer refunds or returns on Programs, Courses, and Downloads for the same reason.

There are no refunds for Private Sessions with Mellissa Seaman, or for coaching sessions with anyone on staff.  When you pay for a private session, you are paying for our time.   If you fail to cancel an appointment with more than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the session.

Guarantee:

When we work with you, we promise to give you our best information, advice, and attention.  Our work has literally helped thousands of people feel clearer, more empowered, and create lives they love. But we can’t guarantee your specific results, because we can’t tell what you’ll do with our guidance.  Therefore, the only one who can guarantee real results is you!  And you do that by following up with action after your sessions and classes.

Exchanges:

If you are unhappy with our service for any reason, please do contact us.  Your feedback is valued and taken seriously.  While we don’t offer money-back refunds, we may be able to offer an exchange or other arrangement that will serve to balance the situation.
